Strength and stability of soil are related to its physical properties. Besides Site Investigation works that is able to obtain for example, N-SPT values and soil samples to determine the soil layer and strengths from the laboratory testing, Geophysical Survey method can also be used to determine the soil layers, soil properties without having to disturb the current ground condition. There are many purposes of inspection and assessment by conducting visual and detail investigation. Basically, Civiltec Testing Services will present our Clients with a comprehensive testing report that can be used to identify any defects on the structures, to determine the current strength and quality of the concrete/steel structural elements as well as to verify the actual reinforcement details on site. These reports can then be use by the Clients to identify the suitable rectification method as well as able to estimate the costing required for the rectification works to be carried out.
