In addition to assessment using semi and non-destructive testing, clients may also require several concrete samples to be extracted from the site for further laboratory testing. Civiltec Testing Services also provides concrete coring works up to 300 mm depth with core diameter of 50 mm, 75 mm, and 100 mm.

Prior to any coring works, the coring area will be scanned by using rebar detector or GPR Live NDT equipments to ensure the rebar inside the concrete will not be cut during the extraction process. Concrete is cut through a process of controlled sawing, drilling and removal of concrete.
